The course is structured on 10% theoretical and 90% practical of cooking techniques and methods. The students will get firsthand knowledge of all basic to leading cooking skills and methodology. This includes salads, soups, main courses of different cuisines along with baking & patisserie. Fee includes a uniform, syllabus, bag, tool kit and all the cooking material and ingredients.
