Steps for Apply Online

Download Application form by clicking on this link. Your Download will be started automatically. So download the form and make print of it and flll the form by hand. scan the form when you write your information on form
Gather all supporting documents listed below
• A scanned copy of your CNIC
• Two copies of scanned passport size photographs
• A scanned copy of your highest achieved qualification certificate
• Letter of Motivation (300-500 words)
Challan Form and send
After downloading the form and putting all your required information and completing step 2 i,e attaching all supporting documents thenEnclose a scanned copy of the challan form (an application fee Rs. 2000/-) Send all scanned documents by email to info@cohmca.com.pk

Receive the Admissions Form
Fill it, complete it by hand
Submit all scanned documents to Admissions Office
Attach all supporting documents
