This course will provide a detailed introduction about bakery terminology, commodities and equipment and will teach you how to maintain good hygiene and sanitation, adopt safety precautions with awareness of health and safety measures, and perform pre-work hygiene (cleaning the bakery kitchen and preparing for work).
The curriculum covers the major topics of types of sweets, their formulation, procedures, bakery items processing, preparation of confectionery items and their quality control along with Functional English and Information Technology.
